Qualifications

• HHAs must have a valid/verifiable Home Health Aide certificate from a reputable program.
• Preferred: one year of documented caregiver/home care experience.
• CPR certification and TB test or chest x-ray.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Licensed driver with insured vehicle and proof of insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily living activities.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in health and well-being.
• Follow care plans to ensure safety and comfort.
• Assist with transfers and transportation when needed.
