Job summary

Extended Family Home Care Services, LLC is hiring PRN CNAs and Home Health Aides to deliver in-home patient care across Southwest Florida, including Naples. Positions offer flexible hours, 401(k), ongoing training, mileage reimbursement, and paid orientation.

Qualifications

• Must have High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide.
• Active AHCA Fingerprints (Level II Clearance).
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• TB Test Result within 12 months or Chest X-Ray within 5 years.
• Florida driver’s license with insured vehicle.
• Must be able to communicate in English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and related services in the home under the direction of the Supervising Nurse.
• Follow the plan of care and report changes to the supervisor.
• Assist with ambulation, meals, hygiene, and safe home environment.
• Maintain client confidentiality and document weekly visit reports.
