Job summary

Extended Family Home Care Services, LLC is seeking PRN CNAs and Home Health Aides to provide in-home care across Southwest Florida. You will deliver personal care, support mobility, and follow the plan of care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Flexible shifts and opportunities for ongoing education are available. Pay ranges between $20.00 and $21.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications, with 401(k), mileage reimbursement, and paid training for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide.
• Active AHCA Fingerprints (Level II Clearance) with Eligible status.
• CPR/First Aid Card by recognized organization.
• Recent TB Test Result or Chest X-Ray.
• State of Florida Driver's License with insured vehicle.
• The ability to drive and access clients' homes, which may not be routinely wheelchair accessible.
• Must be able to communicate in English clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be free from health problems.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care and related services in the home under the supervision of the Supervising Nurse.
• Follows the plan of care to provide safe, competent care/service to the client.
• Helps the client maintain good personal hygiene and assists in maintaining a healthful, safe environment.
• Plans and prepares nutritious meals.
• Assists the client with ambulation as approved.
• Encourages independence according to the care plan.
• Reports any change in client condition to the Supervisor.
