Extended Family Home Care Services in Southwest Florida is seeking PRN CNAs and Home Health Aides to provide in-home patient care across the region. We offer a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and a welcoming culture.

Qualifications include a High school diploma or equivalent, CNA/HHA certification, active AHCA Level II clearance, CPR/First Aid, TB test or Chest X-ray, a Florida driver’s license with insured vehicle, and strong English communication. Join our extended family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide.
• Active AHCA Fingerprints (Level II) Clearance with Eligible status.
• CPR/First Aid Card from recognized bodies.
• TB Test within 12 months or Chest X-Ray within 5 years.
• Florida driver's license with insured vehicle; ability to drive to client homes.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care and related services in the home under the direction of the Supervising Nurse.
• Tasks by HHA under RN supervision and supervision of the RN.
• Follows the plan of care to provide safe, competent care/service.
• Helps client maintain hygiene and a healthy home environment.
• Assists with meals, ambulation, and independence according to care plan.
• Reports changes in client condition to supervisor; documents visits timely.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide

AHCA Fingerprints (Level II Clearance) with Eligible status

CPR/First Aid Card

TB Test Result (within 12 months) or Chest X-Ray (within 5 years)

State of Florida Driver's License with insured vehicle

Ability to drive to clients' homes
