Job summary

Extended Family Home Care Services, LLC is hiring PRN Home Health Aides and CNAs to deliver in-home patient care across Southwest Florida. Applicants are screened for experience and certifications, with opportunities for 401(k) participation after 30 days and a focus on a supportive, caring culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide.
• Active AHCA Fingerprints (Level II) with Eligible status.
• CPR/First Aid card from recognized provider.
• TB test or chest X-ray within required timeframe.
• Florida driver's license with insured vehicle.
• Ability to drive to clients' homes and access them.
• Good health and ability to perform home care tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care and related services in the home under supervision.
• Carry out plan of care as directed by RN and Supervising Nurse.
• Follow safety and infection control procedures and document visits.
• Assist with activities of daily living and meal preparation.
• Support client independence and mental engagement per care plan.
• Report changes to supervisor and maintain client records weekly.
• Coordinate visits with other staff to meet client needs.
