Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare seeks Certified Caregivers to provide in-home care in Oak Harbor, Coupeville and nearby areas. You will assist with daily living activities, prepare meals, perform light housekeeping and offer compassionate companionship with reliability.

Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, mobility support, medication assistance as allowed, and reporting changes to the care team. A valid HCA/CNA license, high school diploma, and a good driving record are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current HCA or CNA license required.
• Ability to pass background check and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal caregiving services in the client's home.
• Assists with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Supports personal needs, comfort, and safety of clients.
• Prepares meals and assists with special diets.
• Performs general housekeeping and household support.
• Provides compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Assists with transportation to appointments and activities.
• Administers medications as allowed by state regulations.
• Assists with certain therapy activities when credentialed.
• Maintains communication and reports changes to the care team.
• Other duties as assigned.
