All Ways Caring HomeCare in the United States is seeking Certified Caregivers to provide compassionate in-home care to clients in Northport, WA and surrounding areas. You will support activities of daily living, meals, transportation, and safe personal care in the client's home.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current HCA or CNA license required (renewed annually).
• Ability to meet background check requirements.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with confidential information.
• Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently with good judgment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal caregiving services and support in the client's home.
• Assists with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Supports the personal needs, comfort, and safety of clients.
• Prepares meals and assisting with special diets.
• Performs general housekeeping and household support activities.
• Provides compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Assists with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities.
• Administers medications per state regulations as delegated.
• Assists with Passive Range of Motion activities when credentialed and trained.
• Offers limited assistance with vital signs for informational purposes only, per company guidelines.
• Maintains accurate communication and reporting changes in client condition to the care team.
• Other duties as assigned.
