Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home personal care and companionship in Ocean Shores, WA. You will assist clients with daily living activities, meals, housekeeping, and transportation as needed, while maintaining dignity and independence.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED and an active HCA/CNA license, plus strong communication and judgment. Compensation includes flexible schedules, daily pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current HCA or CNA license required (renewed annually).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet background check requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal caregiving services in the client’s home.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support personal needs, comfort, and safety of clients.
• Prepare meals and assist with special diets.
• Perform general housekeeping and household tasks.
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities.
• Administer medications as delegated by state regulations.
• Assist with Passive Range of Motion activities when credentialed and trained.
• Maintain communication with the care team about changes in client condition.
