Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking Certified Caregivers for WA locations, including Tumwater, Olympia, Lacey, Yelm, and Shelton. You will provide in-home personal care, assist with daily living activities, meals, housekeeping, and companionship while maintaining client safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current HCA or CNA license required (renewed annually).
• Ability to meet background check requirements.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently with good judgment.
• Must be at least 18 with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal caregiving services and support in the client's home.
• Assists with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Supports the personal needs, comfort, and safety of clients.
• Prepares meals and assists with special diets.
• Performs general housekeeping and household support activities.
• Provides compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Assists with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities.
• Administers medications as delegated per state regulations and certifications when required.
• Assists with passive range of motion activities when credentialed and trained.
• Offers limited vital signs for informational purposes per company guidelines.
• Maintains accurate communication/reporting of client condition changes to the care team.
• Other duties as assigned.
