Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home personal care in WA. You will assist with daily living activities, meal prep, housekeeping and transportation support, while ensuring safety and comfort for clients in their homes.

Qualified candidates hold a HCA or CNA license, meet background check requirements, and demonstrate strong communication and reliability. Training and career growth opportunities are provided in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current HCA or CNA license required (renewed annually).
• Ability to meet BCCU background check requirements.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with good judgment and maintain confidentiality.
• Dependable, compassionate, and able to manage responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal caregiving services in the client’s home.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Prepare meals and assist with special diets.
• Conduct light housekeeping and home management tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and errands.
• Administer medications as delegated per state rules when required.
• Document client changes and report to the care team.
