Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home personal care and support to clients. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship in the client’s home.

You will help with transportation, medication administration where permitted, and monitor client conditions. Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, a current HCA/CNA license, and must pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current HCA or CNA license required (renewed annually).
• Ability to meet background check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal caregiving services and support in the client’s home.
• Assists with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Supports the personal needs, comfort, and safety of clients.
• Prepares meals and assisting with special diets.
• Performs general housekeeping and household support activities.
• Provides compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Assists with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities.
• Administers medications as delegated and permitted by state regulations, including Nurse Delegation certifications when required.
• Assists with Passive Range of Motion activities when credentialed and trained.
• Offers limited assistance with vital signs for informational purposes only.
• Maintains accurate communication and reporting changes in client condition to the care team.
• Other duties as assigned.
