Qualifications

• 5 days per week with at least one weekend day.
• 40 hours per week (20 hours guaranteed).
• On-call for 24-hour shifts.
• Must be 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans for clients and report tasks.
• Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing).
• Provide or assist in routine house cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry.
• Transport client to doctor, grocery store and other errands.
• Assist client with the self-administration of medications.
• Observe and report changes in client's condition.
• Call office each morning for assignment.
• Complete tasks and report outcomes.
