Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking Occupational Therapists to join our home-based Early Intervention team serving infants and toddlers birth to three.

You will deliver OT services in families' homes and community settings, using a family-centered coaching model to support developmental goals. We offer flexible schedules, sign-on bonus up to $1,000, mileage reimbursement, tech stipend, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• California OT license required.
• Pediatric EI experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and OT services in the child’s home using family coaching.
• Follow IFSP plans and work with families to reach developmental goals.
• Provide progress notes and bi-annual re-assessments.
• Deliver services in homes, daycare centers, and community settings.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal rules.
