Qualifications

• Must have a valid license in the state of practice (WA) or be eligible for licensure.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Attend and contribute to patient care and meetings as a representative of occupational therapy.
• Adhere to treatment schedules, and complete timely clinical and billing documentation.
• Collaborate with rehab team to develop patient-specific programs.
• Instruct patients and families in OT treatment techniques under supervision.
• Maintain timely documentation for all patients treated.
• Identify and report equipment needs or repairs.
• Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on quality service and compassionate support.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and provide interventions across listed OT domains.
