Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Tacoma, WA is hiring licensed Occupational Therapy Assistants to deliver one-on-one in-home therapy under the supervision of an OT. You’ll implement individualized treatment plans, guide patients through exercises, and help rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence in patients’ living spaces.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by supervising OT.
• Instruct and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX EMR per Clinical Documentation standards.
• Coordinate care and stay connected with patients, POAs, and referral sources.
