FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Occupational Therapy Assistants to provide in-home and senior living care in Tacoma, WA, partnering with supervising OTs to carry out personalized treatment plans and help older adults regain strength, mobility and confidence.

Qualifications

• Valid OTA license in state of practice or eligibility to obtain.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by your supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
• Document visits accurately and on time within FOX’s EMR system.
• Stay connected with patients, POAs, and community referral sources; help coordinate coverage.
