Family Pillars Home Care is hiring HHAs and CNAs to provide compassionate in-home support to seniors and adults in Florida. Positions are field-based, serving client homes across multiple counties with flexible scheduling.

Join a growing team focused on safety, reliability, and personal connection as we expand into new counties. Requirements include HHA/CNA credentials and CPR, with opportunities to grow as we expand services.

Qualifications

• HHA Certificate or CNA License required.
• CPR certification.
• Level 2 Background Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Follow the care plan and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment.
