Job summary

Target is seeking a friendly Guest Advocate to improve the in-store guest experience. You will greet customers, guide them to products, explain Target Loyalty benefits, and assist with digital and store services to ensure a quick, easy shopping experience.

You should be comfortable using handheld scanners and POS systems, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment during peak times and varying shifts.

• Excellent guest interaction and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with finding items or resolving questions.
• Explain promotions and loyalty programs to guests and help with sign-up when needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.
