Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Explain current promos and how to use Target App features including Wallet.
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up when needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and safely, following safety standards.
• Stock supplies during store hours and maintain a clean work area.
• Support guest services such as order pick up and drive-up orders.
• Adhere to safety policies and report hazards as required.
