Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to deliver friendly, helpful guest service in our stores. You will create a welcoming experience, assist guests with locating products, explain loyalty benefits and digital tools, and support teammates during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and guest interaction skills.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced, physical work environment.
• Strong teamwork and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently following safety standards.
• Promote Target loyalty programs and explain available services and app features.
• Support other team members and assist during busy periods.
• All other duties based on business needs.
