Job summary

Curana Health is seeking physicians to deliver high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and leadership as you serve residents with a patient-centered approach.

Travel to facilities is required. You will mentor APPs, oversee care delivery, and help close quality gaps while enjoying reduced administrative friction in a model designed for physicians who value meaningful work and independence.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
• Active DEA License.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Compassionate, motivated, and a strong collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care by conducting history and physicals on new patients and routine rounding (minimum once per week).
• Partner with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to manage regulatory and complex patient visits with clinical excellence.
