Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
• Active DEA License.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide history and physicals and routine rounding at skilled facilities.
• Partner with APPs to manage regulatory and complex visits.
• Oversee APP performance and elevate care delivery.
• Close quality gaps and drive improvements in patient outcomes.
• Represent Curana Health’s mission and values as a clinical leader.
