Job summary

Sterling Group is seeking a Floating Assistant Property Manager for Self Storage to support property managers across multiple sites. You will assist in operations, marketing outreach, and income growth while ensuring owner and tenant satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a commitment to customer service. Schedule is Mon-Fri with some Saturday hours; travel up to 20% is possible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year office or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication with strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and YARDI; SiteLink knowledge a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a demanding environment and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ensuring property meets or exceeds owners', tenants', vendors', and customers' expectations.
• Maintain open communication to keep manager apprised of property issues.
• Open office and inspect property as scheduled.
• Assist in generating and increasing monthly and annual income; coordinate Outreach Marketing with site manager.
• Assist in developing Marketing Action Plan to meet or exceed budgeted income, occupancy, and leasing goals.
