Sterling Group is seeking a Floating Assistant Property Manager for its self-storage portfolio. You will support the Property Manager by maintaining strong communications, opening and inspecting sites, and driving outreach marketing to maximize occupancy and income.

Role requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with a customer-focused mindset. Regular Monday–Friday hours with one Saturday per month; strong office tech skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of office or sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication for customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of YARDI or SiteLink is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Assist in ensuring property meets owners', tenants', vendors', and customers' expectations.
• Maintain open communication to keep the manager informed of issues.
• Open office and inspect property as scheduled.
• Assist in generating and increasing monthly and annual income; coordinate outreach marketing.
• Help develop Marketing Action Plan to meet budgeted income, occupancy, expenses, and leasing goals.
