Job summary

Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, Colorado, is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Site Float Pool. RNs float to units based on patient care needs, supporting inpatient areas such as medical-surgical, telemetry, progressive care, and post-surgical units.

This role offers professional growth and a dynamic practice environment across the hospital. Minimum qualifications include an RN license, BSN, and 1 year of RN experience with BLS.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice; compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days.
• Minimum one year of RN experience.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• BSN required; degree will be verified.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care across diverse patient populations.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and outcomes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per policies.
