Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare preferred.
• Long-term care or assisted living experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist tenants with activities of daily living, including personal care and hygiene.
• Support tenant mobility, safety, comfort, and independence.
• Provide basic nursing and restorative care services per individual plans.
• Observe and report changes to the nursing team.
• Support tenants with cognitive and social needs.
• Build positive relationships with tenants, families, and team members.
• Maintain documentation as required.
• Support individualized care plans and tenant preferences.
• Assist with medication administration after training, as applicable.
• Deliver care in accordance with MDH standards and Tenant Rights.
