Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join the Float Pool. Work across multiple Monarch communities in Minnesota, choosing shifts that fit your schedule and facility needs.

As a Float Pool CNA, you will deliver high-quality, resident-centered care under the supervision of LPNs or RNs, assisting with ADLs, mobility, and safety while maintaining detailed documentation and adhering to MDH standards. Full-time and on-call options available with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold current CNA certification in Minnesota.
• Willingness to travel between Monarch communities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Support resident mobility, safety, and comfort.
• Provide basic restorative and nursing care services.
• Observe and report changes in resident conditions.

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Float Pool team. This unique opportunity allows you to work at various Monarch communities throughout Minnesota while enjoying the flexibility to pick up shifts based on facility needs.

Position Summary

As a Float Pool CNA, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN). You will assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, independence, comfort, and overall well‑being.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities


• Supporting resident mobility, safety, and comfort


• Providing basic restorative and nursing care services


• Observing and reporting changes in resident conditions


• Maintaining accurate documentation as required


• Supporting individualized care plans and resident preferences


• Delivering care in accordance with Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) standards, the Resident Bill of Rights, and facility policies

Qualifications

• Current registration on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry

• Long‑term care experience preferred, but not required
