Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking compassionate and dependable Resident Assistants to join our Float Pool. This unique role lets you work at multiple Monarch communities across Minnesota while choosing shifts based on facility needs.

As a Float Pool RA, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care under supervision, assisting tenants with daily living, mobility, and comfort to promote independence and well-being. Travel is expected across communities.

Qualifications

• Ability and willingness to travel to various Monarch Healthcare Management communities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resilience and the ability to accept feedback, adapt, and grow professionally.
• Personable, compassionate, and able to build trust with tenants, families, and coworkers.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Long-term care or assisted living experience preferred.
• Passion for providing high-quality, tenant-centered care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Assisting tenants with activities of daily living, including personal care and hygiene.
• Supporting tenant mobility, safety, comfort, and independence.
• Providing basic nursing and restorative care services according to individual service plans.
• Observing and reporting changes in tenant conditions to the nursing team.
• Supporting tenants with cognitive impairments and addressing social and emotional needs.
• Building positive relationships with tenants, families, and team members.
• Maintaining accurate documentation as required.
• Supporting individualized care plans and tenant preferences.
• Assisting with medication administration after completing required training, as applicable.
• Delivering care in accordance with MDH standards, the Tenant Bill of Rights, and community policies.
