Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Float Pool. This unique opportunity lets you work at multiple Monarch communities across Minnesota while selecting shifts based on facility needs.

As a Float Pool CNA, you will provide high-quality resident-centered care under LPN/RN supervision, assist with daily living activities, mobility, safety, and comfort, and maintain documentation in line with MDH standards.

Qualifications

• Current registration on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Ability and willingness to travel to Monarch communities across Minnesota.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Supporting resident mobility, safety, and comfort.
• Providing basic restorative and nursing care services.
• Observing and reporting changes in resident conditions.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and supporting individualized care plans.
• Delivering care in accordance with Minnesota Department of Health standards and Resident Bill of Rights.

Position Summary

As a Float Pool CNA, you will provide high‑quality, resident‑centered care under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN). You will assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, independence, comfort, and overall well‑being.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities
• Supporting resident mobility, safety, and comfort
• Providing basic restorative and nursing care services
• Observing and reporting changes in resident conditions
• Maintaining accurate documentation as requiredSupporting individualized care plans and resident preferences
• Delivering care in accordance with Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) standards, the Resident Bill of Rights, and facility policies
