Job summary

The IMA Group in Carteret, NJ is seeking experienced Registered Nurse Case Managers (RN) for a flexible, hybrid role supporting workers’ compensation cases. The position offers autonomy with no bedside care, weekends, or on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license required.
• Minimum 3 years of Workers’ Compensation Field Case Management experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee treatment plans for injured workers.
• Communicate with physicians, employers, attorneys, and insurance carriers.
• Prepare detailed and timely case management reports.
