Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license.
• 3+ years of Workers' Comp Field Case Management.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with a flexible caseload.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care for injured workers and act as liaison between providers, employers, adjusters, and attorneys.
• Attend appointments and evaluate treatment progression.
• Communicate across providers, employers, attorneys, and carriers.
• Assess medical necessity and appropriateness of care.
• Prepare detailed case management reports.
• Support return-to-work and transitional duty planning.
• Coordinate IMEs and job site evaluations.
