Job summary

The IMA Group is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager (RN) for a 1099 Independent Contractor role in Newark, NJ, and surrounding areas. This hybrid field-based position offers flexible scheduling and focuses on coordinating medical care for injured workers. Candidates must have an active New Jersey RN license and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation Field Case Management. Bilingual individuals are encouraged to apply, and a professional liability/malpractice insurance is required.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with providers, employers, attorneys, and insurance carriers.
• Prepare detailed case management reports.
