Job summary

Vital Research, LLC has an independent contractor opportunity for Field Interviewers to collect confidential survey data for social research projects across Arizona. You will schedule and complete surveys, via video or in person, using company tools and protocols.

Contractors work flexibly and manage their own calendars while meeting project deadlines. Successful contractors demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and clear communication, with the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting interviews, surveys, or research.
• Experience supporting aging, disabled, or underserved populations.
• Clear and respectful communication; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Contact participants from a provided list to schedule and complete surveys.
• Complete an average of 1 survey per day or 5 per week.
• Conduct surveys using company‑provided technology and protocols.
• Record participant responses accurately while maintaining confidentiality.
• Communicate with the research team regarding updates and questions.
• Utilize translation services when needed.
• Manage own schedule and meet project expectations.
