Job summary

Vital Research seeks Field Interviewers in Wyoming to collect confidential survey data for a statewide project with State collaboration. You’ll conduct interviews by phone, Zoom, or in-person, using a company tablet and software, and work independently to meet project deadlines.

The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and cultural sensitivity, with training provided and the option to set your own schedule around project needs.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting interviews or surveys in a research environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with participants.
• Comfort working independently and managing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to participants from a provided list and schedule/complete surveys.
• Conduct 1 survey per day or 5 surveys per week using assigned tools and protocols.
• Accurately capture participant responses with high confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity in all interactions.
• Communicate regularly with the research team for updates and support.
• Use translation services to assist non-English-speaking participants; complete training to use systems.
