Job summary

Vital Research is recruiting Field Interviewers in Wyoming to conduct confidential surveys via phone, Zoom, or in-person. You will work independently with a tablet and software, scheduling surveys with participants from a provided list while upholding ethical data collection practices.

Ideal candidates have experience in interviews or surveys, strong communication skills, and comfort engaging diverse populations. Training and flexible scheduling are provided to support project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting interviews, surveys, or research settings.
• Excellent communicator who builds trust with participants.
• Comfort working independently and managing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to participants from a provided list and schedule/complete surveys.
• Conduct 1 survey per day or 5 surveys per week using assigned tools and protocols.
• Accurately capture participant responses with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity in all interactions.
• Communicate regularly with the research team for updates and support.
• Utilize translation service to administer surveys to non-English-speaking participants.
