Job summary

Vital Research is seeking Field Interviewers to conduct confidential surveys statewide in Wyoming, working as independent contractors with flexible scheduling and training support. You will contact pre-identified participants by phone, Zoom, or in-person to collect data on quality of life and service experiences.

Ideal candidates have interview/survey experience, strong communication, and comfort using tablets and translation services as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting interviews, surveys, or working in research settings.
• Strong communication, trust-building, and cultural sensitivity.
• Comfortable using tablets and mobile apps to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to participants and schedule/complete surveys.
• Conduct 1 survey per day or 5 per week using assigned tools.
• Capture participant responses with high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with the research team and use translation services when needed.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
• Use translation services for non-English-speaking participants.
