Job summary

Vital Research is seeking Field Interviewers in Wyoming to support a statewide project assessing services for state-supported populations. You will conduct interviews via phone, video, or in-person, using a company tablet and software, and operate as an independent contractor with a flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates are experienced in surveys, with strong communication, attention to detail, and cultural sensitivity.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting interviews or surveys in research settings is preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in data collection.
• Strong organizational skills with independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to participants, schedule and complete surveys.
• Conduct 1 survey per day or 5 per week using required tools.
• Accurately capture responses with high attention to detail.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity.
• Coordinate with research team and utilize translation services when needed.
