Vital Research seeks Field Interviewers to collect confidential survey data as part of a statewide project in Wyoming. You will work independently with flexible scheduling, using a company tablet and software to conduct surveys by phone, Zoom, or in-person.

This role supports state services and elevates participant voices through ethical, high-quality data collection. Training is provided; contractors coordinate with our research team and may use translation services to reach

Qualifications

Experience conducting interviews or surveys in field settings.
Ability to schedule and manage survey administration.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to confidentiality and data integrity.

Responsibilities

Reach out to participants and schedule/complete surveys.
Conduct 1 survey per day or 5 per week per protocol.
Accurately capture responses using tablets and software, maintaining confidentiality.
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity in all interactions.
Communicate regularly with the research team for updates and support.
Use translation services for non-English-speaking participants, with training to use systems.
