Job summary

Vital Research, LLC in Arizona is seeking independent contractors for a statewide project focused on understanding the quality of life and satisfaction of individuals receiving state-supported services.

You’ll conduct confidential surveys by video or in person, contact pre-identified participants, and manage your own schedule to complete at least five surveys per week. Compensation is paid per completed survey with training provided before interviews.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting interviews, surveys, or research.
• Experience supporting aging, disabled, or underserved populations.
• Clear communication and ability to build rapport with others.
• Comfort interviewing by video and in person.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation for in-person interviews.

Responsibilities

• Contact participants from a provided list to schedule and complete surveys.
• Complete an average of 1 survey per day or 5 surveys per week.
• Conduct surveys using company‑provided technology and established protocols.
• Accurately recording participant responses while maintaining confidentiality.
• Communicate professionally with participants and the research team.
• Demonstrate empathy and cultural sensitivity during interactions.
• Use translation service when needed.
• Manage your own schedule and complete assignments within project expectations.
