Job summary

Vital Research is seeking Independent Contractors to conduct confidential surveys for a statewide project in Arizona. You’ll collect data from individuals receiving state-supported services, working independently with a flexible schedule and project deadlines.

Contractors are paid per completed survey, with $90 for video interviews and $100+ for in-person interviews, plus training payments. Suitable for self-motivated, empathetic interviewers who can travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting interviews, surveys, or research.
• Experience supporting aging, disabled, or other underserved populations.
• Clear communication and building rapport with participants.
• Comfort conducting interviews by video and in person.

Responsibilities

• Contact participants from a provided list to schedule and complete surveys.
• Complete an average of 1 survey per day or 5 surveys per week.
• Conduct surveys using company‑provided technology and established protocols.
• Accurately recording participant responses while maintaining confidentiality.
• Communicate professionally with the research team and participants.
• Use translation service when needed.
• Manage own schedule and complete assignments within project expectations.
