Job summary

Vital Research, LLC is seeking Independent Contractors to conduct confidential surveys for a statewide Arizona project. You’ll work on flexible, project-based terms, choosing when to complete interviews by video or in person according to participant preference.

Contractors manage their own schedules and must meet a minimum of five completed surveys per week, with specified compensation per interview type and training payments provided prior to interviewing.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting interviews, surveys, or research.
• Experience supporting aging, disabled, or underserved populations.
• Clear communication and rapport-building with participants.
• Comfort with video and in-person interviews.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfort using tablets and other digital tools.
• Self-motivated and able to manage time independently.
• Reliable transportation for in-person interviews.

Responsibilities

• Contact participants from a provided list to schedule and complete surveys.
• Complete an average of 1 survey per day or 5 surveys per week.
• Conduct surveys using company-provided technology and established protocols.
• Accurately record participant responses while maintaining confidentiality.
• Communicate professionally with participants.
• Demonstrate empathy and cultural sensitivity during participant interactions.
• Communicate with the research team regarding project updates.
• Use the provided translation service when needed.
• Manage your schedule and complete assignments within project expectations.
