• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: caregiving, home health, or IDD/DSP experience.
• English proficiency required.

• Implement behavior support per ISP/IPP.
• Document care notes and maintain accurate records.
• Support community inclusion and transportation to appointments.
