The role is field-based with flexible scheduling, non-exempt status, and opportunities to grow within our IDD program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in caregiving or home health preferred.
• Ability to follow written care plans and documentation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with daily living activities.
• Assist with transportation, meal prep, mobility, and medications as authorized.
• Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation and reports.
