Job summary

Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is seeking a highly trained Behavior Technician to join our team for a high-needs case. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA and clinical team, implementing behavior intervention plans and maintaining a calm, therapeutic environment.

Ideal candidates have experience with aggressive behaviors, strong ABA knowledge, and the ability to stay composed during escalations.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience delivering 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavior-reduction strategies.
• Ability to collect and document data accurately.
• Excellent communication with supervising BCBA and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA/clinical team.
• Implement behavior intervention and safety plans consistently and professionally.
• Respond to episodes of aggression and challenging behaviors.
• Maintain a calm, therapeutic environment during escalations.
• Collect accurate and timely session data.
• Communicate progress and concerns to the supervising BCBA.
