Qualifications

• Experience with high-needs or aggressive cases.
• Current RBT certification or relevant ABA experience/training.
• Willing to travel for in-home case in Gardena, CA.
• Ability to follow clinical direction and maintain session expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement behavior plans safely and professionally.
• Respond to aggression and escalations.
• Maintain accurate session data.
• Communicate progress and incidents with the supervising BCBA.
• Attend required trainings and supervision.
• Follow safety, documentation, and procedures.
• Travel to in-home cases as needed.
