You will implement behavior plans with fidelity, collect data, and collaborate with families and supervisors to ensure positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 intervention with students with autism.
• Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity.
• Manage challenging behaviors safely and professionally.
• Stay calm, engaged, and supportive during difficult moments.
• Collect and document data accurately.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors and families.
• Adapt to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software.
• Work in school classrooms, homes, and/or clinic settings.
