Kindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in Monroe Township, NJ. The role focuses on supporting a highly functional adult with a head injury in both home and community settings.

You will help with daily routines, encourage independence, and document services while ensuring safety and reliability, with shifts totaling 10–15 hours per week and a pay rate of $17–$21 per hour.

About This Opportunity

We’re looking for an energetic, engaging DSP to support a highly functional 33-year-old adult who suffered a head injury and enjoys staying active! He loves football games, going out to eat, car and sports meetings, comedy shows, concerts, and dog shows. Support also includes helping with everyday tasks at home, such as cleaning his room and doing laundry. We’re looking for someone outgoing, dependable, and proactive who enjoys getting out into the community, sharing activities, and keeping him engaged!

What You’ll Do

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.
• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.
• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.

Qualifications

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.
• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.
• EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.
