Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking a Part-time Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one support for an autistic, nonverbal adult in Essex County, NJ. The role includes home and community-based activities, daily routines, and safety supervision, with driving on shift required.

Scheduled for 2 days per week (Mon, Wed, or Fri) from 3:30–6:30 PM in Fairfield, NJ 07004. The candidate must complete onboarding, background checks, and training before starting.

Must enjoy staying active and moving around while supporting a friendly individual in their late 20s who is autistic and nonverbal and enjoys community outings, shopping, the library, parks, baking and cooking

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.

• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.

• EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.
