Job summary

ASG Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in New Jersey homes and communities. You will work one-on-one with clients following each ISP, promoting independence and community participation.

We offer flexible hours and local cases across New Jersey. Prior caregiving experience is welcome but not required; CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or obtainable after hire.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
