Job summary

Typical Life Corporation is seeking Direct Service Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This full-time floater role requires days, hours, and locations that may vary, with a schedule provided one month in advance.

Starting pay at $19 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and advancement. TLC offers health benefits, 401K with match, life insurance, generous PTO, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a High school diploma or GED.
• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Have a valid Driver’s license for at least three years.
• Must successfully pass the Physical and TB.
• Frequently use hands and fingers to manipulate objects.
• Must be able to pull, push, lift, and carry at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in daily living activities.
• Assist with community outings and daily support needs.
• Provide person-centered care to help clients live their lives to the fullest.
